I ordered one of the Murray steel buildings, I have found this a difficult review to write which will become apparent. From the initial enquiry to the delivery of the building has been very good, there was some issues from damage sections to incorrect paint touch up colour, but every time I called I found everyone I spoke to extremely helpful. All issues was no trouble at all for Murray steel buildings to resolve once brought to their attention and was sorted very efficiently . I feel quite bad to raise the next topic in regards to the install team that was used but I have to be honest in the review, although a reasonable quality of install was done, the language of some individuals was extremely bad in a residential environment its was literally every other word, I’m certainly no prude but I have 2.5 acres of land and I could here them on the other side of my property, In fact I had complaints from neighbours as children could hear them. But to be fair the boss was not with them so maybe a bit of mice will play when the cat is away could be a factor, and in fact when they returned to resolve the aforementioned issues and the boss was in attendance things were much better. The roller shutter doors were installed by a different company ordered through Murray and that install was absolutely painless and they explained everything about the doors to me. Am I pleased with the building absolutely yes, now I have thought a lot about this would I order again I will say yes,  now I have had time to reflect is it fair to mention the installers when this is a review for murry steel buildings, I think yes as it’s the whole package your purchasing.

This was my first experience of building one of these sheds and was a bit dubious. However, it comes with a very comprehensive and well planned installation and support prgramme that  includes video and PDF support. I highly recommend this system and can fully recommend Murray Steel Buildings. I obviously had a few questions that were answered by a simple phone call. The support and customer service is excellent and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We received a first class service from Murray Steel Buildings at every stage of the process.
From the initial contact with Louise on reception and through the design and delivery phase, communications were always clear and questions promptly addressed.
In addition, the contractors used for the build were hard working, diligent and extremely tidy. A minor guttering ‘snag’ was promptly attended to and resolved without any fuss.
